Winter Service - Maintenance

Maintaining a pool during the winter months is crucial to ensure it stays in good condition and is ready for use when the weather warms up. Periodically our team will schedule service and a visit to your swimming pool between your winter closing and spring opening dates. You will only be charged for the actual number of visits we make.

Here are some key aspects of winter pool maintenance:

Check and Adjust Water Levels: Ensure the water level is at the recommended height. If the water level is too high, it could cause damage to the pool equipment, and if it’s too low, it could damage the pool surface.

Add Winterizing Chemicals:

Use winterizing chemicals, such as algaecides and winterizing kits, to prevent algae growth and protect the pool from freezing temperatures.

Inspect the Pool and Equipment:

Regularly check for any signs of damage or wear and tear.

Check for Leaks:

Inspect the pool for any signs of leaks or damage that could worsen during the winter.

Address any issues promptly to avoid more significant problems.

Maintain Pool Safety:

If you’re using a cover, ensure its properly secured and that there are no gaps where someone could accidentally fall in.

Our Winter Maintenance program is a low-all our customers. The Winter program is designed to catch and minimize damage to the pool and equipment from freezing weather, snow and/or ice.
